Fantastic service called Mark in the morning and work was completed two hours later perfect cheers

The door entry system to my building had stopped working. I got in touch with lockfast Security. Mark was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was simple and quick. I filled in my details online, then he contacted me to arrange a time to come round. He explained what the problem was, came back with the parts needed, then fixed it. His prices are very reasonable. The bill was easy to pay online. I can highly recommend Lockfast Security.

What you should know about Lockfast Security:

- Super responsive and did exactly what he committed to do, when he said he’d do it
- Personalised service
- Quality products and efficient installation
-Authentically local business- you’re dealing with a person not a franchise or some remote call centre

It’s easy to scroll past positive reviews, but we can’t commend Mark and his business enough. You need to be able to trust your locksmith. 100% would recommend.

Excellent service from mark, he arrived within the stated timeframe looked at the problem explained what had happened explained what was available and what he could do. He went ahead and fixed the problem and everything was done fast and efficiently. Extremely helpful and I’m very happy with the outcome ,would definitely use again if needed. Highly recommend

Excellent service. Mark came round and fixed the issue with my front door's thumb turn in under an hour. And he was more than friendly and personable, and my dog loved him 🦮 would 100% recommend.

Great customer service

I emailed the company on Thursday last week (19th. Feb) I got a reply next day and arrangements were made for the repair to be carried out on Monday (23rd. Feb).
The intercom was repaired by lunchtime on the date.
A very fast and efficient repair was carried out by Mark.
I would strongly recommend this company.

Very quick response to my enquiry. Explained everything fully, called me to let me know arrival time and fixed the issue really quickly. Very friendly too. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent service would highly recommend.

Mark from Lockfast Security was excellent. I would be confident to recommend to anyone for a professional and efficient service.

I represented a group of landlords that required a replacement door entry system with handsets for our 6 flat tenement and Lockfast were one of the companies asked to quote.
The quote received was one of four and was very competitive compared to others. The checks that we did, combined with the ease of dealing with Mark, meant that Lockfast were the standout company and we agreed to go with them.
As two of the flats were council owned the process was quite lengthy but the quote was honoured with only a slight increase due to equipment prices, but the price remained excellent.
The work was carried out at the agreed date and time and every aspect of dealing with Mark was completely hassle free. The job itself has been carried out exactly as requested.
I would not hesitate to recommend Lockfast on the basis of our experience with them.
Please note that I am most definitely not the same Mark Taylor as the director of Lockfast!

Many thanks Mark for your quick response and professional work.

First Rate service from Lockfast - Great comms, clear quote with different options and Mark arrived when he said he would. Will use again and recommend.

Mark from Lockfast did a great job replacing our access control / entry system. He stayed in contact throughout, took time to visit the property and explain various options. Plus the system used for quotes, invoicing and communication made the process a breeze. Very happy to recommend.

Superb service from start to finish. Diagnosed the problem before coming out meaning the part could be ordered and then installed with only 1 visit.
Total repair amount was less than half what Aberdeen Alarm Company quoted just to come out and look to see what would need done.

First class Service

Excellent service

Brilliant service and a good price as well. Mark was very efficient and professional, its a nightmare to find people in Aberdeen area that can do this sort of work. So great to find someone who can do this work so well!

Mark at Lockfast recently upgraded and re-commissioned an old and defective security entry system complete with new intercoms to our tenement building consisting of 5 flats.

He did a terrific job, in a timely manner! Arrived at the specified time, and overcame several issues which were unforeseen.

Couldn’t recommend Mark and Lockfast enough for the professionalism and high standards!

Mark replaced our door entry panel at a very reasonable cost and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Mark did a great job in our intercom system and door entry. He did that without replacing the existing handsets. The job took longer than expected due to the wiring but he resolved all the issues. In fact, the security door is working its best for ages. I found him to be very conscientious. A good guy. Definitely deserves to get 5 stars...

Mark was great throughout this entire process, and was very patient while I tried to collect the shares for our 12 flat building. The work was completed quickly and looks great. Very happy customer 😀 Highly recommend Lockfast Security
