I emailed the company on Thursday last week (19th. Feb) I got a reply next day and arrangements were made for the repair to be carried out on Monday (23rd. Feb).
The intercom was repaired by lunchtime on the date.
A very fast and efficient repair was carried out by Mark.

I represented a group of landlords that required a replacement door entry system with handsets for our 6 flat tenement and Lockfast were one of the companies asked to quote.
The quote received was one of four and was very competitive compared to others. The checks that we did, combined with the ease of dealing with Mark, meant that Lockfast were the standout company and we agreed to go with them.
As two of the flats were council owned the process was quite lengthy but the quote was honoured with only a slight increase due to equipment prices, but the price remained excellent.
The work was carried out at the agreed date and time and every aspect of dealing with Mark was completely hassle free. The job itself has been carried out exactly as requested.
I would not hesitate to recommend Lockfast on the basis of our experience with them.

Mark did a great job in our intercom system and door entry. He did that without replacing the existing handsets. The job took longer than expected due to the wiring but he resolved all the issues.
